Heading back for Term 2 we are excited about what we have achieved in Term 1 and all the fantastic opportunities available. Our Saturday group 'Making Mosaics and Painting Serenity Stones' is still popular and is attracting amazing creative new friends. I am always blown away by the ideas and support that everyone brings to the table. We have many children and adults attending our sessions.
As well as this we have run 'Rock Painting at Red Beach School' which was very well received by both parents and children. We had SUCH fun exploring our creative talents - Always individually unique, but equally as awesome.
Recently we ran a 'Mosaic Birthday Party' for Poppy and her 12 friends. Again it was amazing working alongside such fabulous young people to share their creative talents . . . and Christine’s owl birthday cake was spectacular too! I just LOVE what I do!
So, heading into Term 2, our Saturday group will continue and we will be doing further work alongside the children at Red Beach School, sharing the joy of creative expression. Watch this space!
Here's what Poppy's mum had to say . . . Thank you, Susan, for such a fantastic time! The girls thoroughly enjoyed making mosaics with you and the end results were just brilliant. Poppy's mosaic is incredibly special, with pieces contributed by everybody. Whenever she looks at it, she will remember the fun she had with her friends and family. Many, many thanks for being part of Poppy's birthday. Christine
