Artsoup, February 2017

We are excited to be back for Term 1, 2017 - it is going to be a busy term. Our Saturday group is still going strong with Making Mosaics and Painting Serenity Stones running now for two and a half years.

We are currently exploring drilling holes in ‘things’ to make some cool beachy hangings.

Looking at using the rocks, some shells and experimenting with beach glass. Using creativity as a tool

to reconnect with ourselves, meet new friends and have loads of FUN is what it is all about.

As well as the Saturday group, for Term 1 we will be working in Red Beach School and the Motuora Special Needs Unit. I am very excited about all of these opportunities. Red Beach is doing Art Attack for 2017 as a focus so I am sure that there will be lots of amazing opportunities to share the joy of creativity.
